Policies

Upon signing a contract, and receiving your initial deposit, we will be holding spaces by blocking accommodations for your retreat

  • Cancellation of more than 90 days prior, your deposit will be transferable to a future date

  • 60 days prior, full confirmation or cancellation is required. For confirmation, a $3500 minimum payment is due. For cancellation, all deposits are now forfeit and non transferable.

  • 30 days prior to the retreat, we need your final commitment for the exact rooms/beds required if we are holding any extra rented houses, any unsold accommodations will be released. You will be invoiced and required to settle final balance for room and board

  • 10 days prior to the retreat, invoice will be amended if necessary to reflect any further signups, changes to R&B allocations, extras expenses added such as ground transport, or requested activities or services 

  • In the event that there are last minute cancellations, you are responsible for the guaranteed number of spaces confirmed at 30 days prior to your retreat, and the invoiced amount paid

  • After the 30 day mark, we may no no longer be holding unguaranteed accommodations, therefore please communicate if there are any late signups to ensure we can book a space for them as soon as possible, no guarantees for extra accommodations are possible until you contact us

  • Further extra expenses for activities or services incurred during the retreat will be payable by the end of retreat via credit card through our Retreat Guru booking system

  • Leader discounts as above will only be given if leader has complied with all the deposit and room guarantee agreements outlined in this contract 

  • Rates for accommodations may change in future, and Retreat Facilitators will be informed more than 6 months prior to their retreat start date in this event
