The Yin Path: 50-Hour Yin & Meditation Training with Morgan O’Hare & Carter Miles

The Yin Path is a 6-night, 7-day immersion into the healing arts of yin and restorative yoga, meditation, nervous system regulation, and subtle energetics. Rooted in the Present Practice pillars of Discipline, Discovery, and Devotion, this 50-hour training blends ancient wisdom with modern science — including functional anatomy, Chinese meridian theory and the five elements, and the science of rest and stress repair. Held at Casa Floresta on the sacred shores of Lake Atitlán, the experience includes daily yin and meditation in the open-air shala, sacred cacao and Mayan fire ceremonies, nourishing meals, and spacious time for integration.

The training is led by Morgan O’Hare, founder of Present Practice Yoga (E-RYT 500), whose poetic cueing and reverence for the ancient wisdom of yoga create sacred space for deep self-discovery, alongside Carter Miles (E-RYT 500), known for his grounded presence, intelligent sequencing, and in-depth knowledge of alignment, anatomy, and the nervous system. Open to both teachers and dedicated students, this training counts toward Yoga Alliance continuing education and Present Practice advanced certification pathways.
